Privacy Policy
Minimal information for first contact.
PrivateOps is operated by Campbell Innovations Group Inc., Ontario, Canada. The initial inquiry collects a preferred name, email, affected platform, optional public profile or listing URL, previous reporting attempts, a brief issue description and the acknowledgement shown on the form. Netlify may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the form, including IP address, user agent, submission time and spam signals.
Do not send sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, security codes, identification documents, banking or payment information, private messages, private account access, explicit material, sensitive evidence or information about another person that you are not authorized to provide.
How inquiry information is used
We use it to review your request, reply to you, assess whether PrivateOps may be able to help, prevent abuse and maintain reasonable business and security records. An inquiry does not open a case, authorize external reporting or create a service agreement.
Service providers and routing
The website uses Netlify for hosting, spam protection, form processing, submission storage and an email notification after launch configuration is verified. Inquiry contents are intended only for the approved CIG Group mailbox. The intake is not designed to send inquiry contents to Hermes, Telegram, unrelated automations or AI agents.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess fit, maintain security and business records, and meet legal obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email privateops@ciggroup.ca. We may need to verify that a request relates to you.
Security
No internet transmission or hosted form is guaranteed completely secure. This is why the public form prohibits credentials and sensitive evidence. If a matter appears suitable, PrivateOps will explain any separately approved method for additional information.
Fictional demonstration
All case data and platform responses in the interactive demonstration are fictional educational examples.
